Lee Phillips – Anybody Can Invent
On this episode of the Lessons From The Tank Podcast, Joe talks with Shark Tank Entrepreneur Lee Phillips. A proud dad, Lee Phillips, talks about his son, Trip Phillips, who came up with a solution in the third grade for holding his Lego creations together – but not forever. Unlike other glues, LeGlue is temporary and releasable.
Lee breaks down the process he and his son embarked on to bring LeGlue to life, including everything from product development to their experience in front of the Sharks and how Trip’s nerves almost got the best of him.
Lee also gives some invaluable tips for entrepreneurs and inventors who want to bridge the gap between their ideas and the marketplace. Lee believes everyone can be successful, but you will never achieve it if you don’t set a goal.
Lee Phillips and his son, Trip, appeared on Shark Tank Season 10 Episode 1. Check out LeGlue.
